What happened
Airwars' case reconstruction identifies Samir Yahya al-Bahapsa as one of six Palestinian Civil Defense workers killed in the March 23, 2025 Rafah incident that also killed eight Palestine Red Crescent medics and an UNRWA worker. The convoy and subsequent rescue vehicles were fired on while responding to injured people.
