What happened
Abdullah Hammad worked as an MSF hygienist at Al-Mawasi clinic until June 30, 2025. MSF says he was killed July 3 while waiting with other people for flour near an aid truck in Khan Younis, in an incident where medical teams reported multiple fatalities.
Investigation & findings
MSF attributed the fatal incident to Israeli forces.
