What happened
MSF reports Fadi Al Wadiya was killed near its Gaza City clinic on June 25, 2024 along with five other people including three children. Israeli authorities alleged military involvement; on February 24, 2026 Palestinian Islamic Jihad publicly said he had been a member. MSF says it was unaware of any military activity and had sought clarifications. The allegations and MSF's response are both material and should be presented together.
